Steamed Egg Tofu with Milk and Shrimp

the ingredients

Nangpayabaan® egg tofu
1 tube
Eggs
2
Shrimp
100 grams
Milk
200 grams
Spring onion
1
Light soy sauce
½ tablespoon
Cane salt
½ teaspoon

Method

1. Mix egg with milk until it blends smoothly.
2. Season with soy sauce and salt. Then filter with colander.
3. Pour filtered mixed-egg into the bowl, add sliced Nangpayabaan® egg tofu. Steam for 7 minutes.
4. Add shrimp on top of sliced Nangpayabaan® egg tofu and continue steaming for another 5 minutes. Top with sliced spring onion before serve.
